Privacy
Currently we do not have online shopping
available. In
the meantime, you can still purchase in several ways & for those of you
concerned about credit card information security we do accept payment via PAYPAL
otherwise we can process your credit card details manually in store. To purchase
simply follow the instructions below.
1) If you are local you can purchase in store.
2) Phone us your order and credit card details

3) Download our order form, and fax or email it

PLEASE NOTE: For our protection and yours,
for orders over NZ$300 and all international orders which are to be paid by
credit card we require written and signed authorization from the card holder.
This can be done by downloading and faxing/emailing our order form or
faxing/emailing written authorization.
The information required is:
Cardholders name and signature, expiry date, billing and delivery address,
product purchased, date and amount to be charged (we will contact you before
processing in the unlikely event there have been price changes). We also require
an email address and phone number in case we have to contact you with regards to

Freight pricing is generally as follows:
- Cordless Phone batteries only - $4.50 within
NZ
- Cell phone batteries & accessories - $4.50
within NZ
- Other product:
- South Island: $9.50 - signature required
- North Island: $11.50 - signature
required
- Christchurch: $4.50 - signature required
- For Rural delivery items please add
another $3.50 to freight
From time to time freight pricing may change or
vary with size or weight of package. In these cases we will contact you before
we process your order.
We can also freight to Australia. Depending on the product and weight,
freight may vary from NZ$5- NZ$20.00 via airmail or from $25.00 using courier. Our experience has been that average
costs are between NZ$12-$15 however we confirm pricing before proceeding with
your order.

Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you change
your mind or the goods are not required. If goods are faulty, we will
gladly meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

We do not pass on any of your information to anyone else. We will use your
personal information only for the purpose you gave it to us. From time to time
we may send you product information (including special offers) by email.
You have to option to opt out of this on the order form when placing your order
or at any other time.
