In conjunction with Lakefly IT we are able to offer iPhone repairs iPhone 3 & 4 series as well as screen replacements on 4th generation ipods. Please be aware we do not offer iPhone Repairs under warranty. iPhone repairs have a mininum fee of $90.00 and a price guide for iphone repairs may be found further down the page.
Our agent uses OEM parts except for the rare ocassion where they cannot be supplied.
HOW IT WORKS
iPhone Repairs are collected from us twice a week on a Tuesday and Friday. Once your repair is collected there is a 7 working day turn around. When the repair is dropped off to us you pay the repair cost to us and the phone is collected. Once it is repaired it will be dropped back off to us for you to pick up. If there is anything unexpected crop up you will be contacted by Lakefly IT. iPhone repairs have a mininum fee of $90.00.
REPAIR WARRANTY
iPhone repairs carry a 30 day warranty. If your product has been liquid damaged there will be no warranty offered on the repair. Please note that we are essentially a drop off agent for Lakefly IT so if you have any problems or questions about your repair you will need to address those queries or problems to them.
Warranty applies to the fault the unit is orignally presented for repair with only.
RENTAL PHONE
It is recommended that you arrange a phone if you will need one while your phone is being repaired. However in some cases a rental phone may be available.
Please note that these phones will be very basic (no camera or data capability) and compatible with the 2Degrees or Vodafone networks only. The costs are as follows:

You must use your own SIM Card (2degrees/Vodafone)
We do not guarantee there will be a rental phone available as we have a limited number. Rental phones cannot be offered to Telecom XT users as we have no compatible handsets.
iPhone REPAIR PRICE GUIDE (includes GST)
If the problem with your phone is not covered in the price guide below then a diagnostic will be requried and you will be contacted with a quote.
Please do not bring in your SIM card as this is not required.
Inspection & Diagnostic
A diagnostic is usually required where you are unsure of the problem. It is always required for Wi-Fi and signal issues including antenna problems. Once the diagnostic is complete you will be contacted with the findings and cost of repairs.
- iPhone 3gs/4/4s $90.00
- Unlocking is not available. However if you have an iPhone 4/4s we have a GEVEY SIM which has a circuitt board in it & makes your phone think it is unlocked. It replaces your SIM card holder and your new SIM card fits into it. Pop in with your phone & we can try it out. Pricing can vary a little but they are normally around $90.00.
